Zoho as a product is good but it lacks lot of functionality / reports . which i can see via the post /forum but how much is actually implemented something is a concern to the user requirement .
what i / rest of the user community would require which are not currently available are the following report or functionality
1. Report for all outstanding bugs across all projects and user wise under the report head for gantt view and also be exported
2. Assiging mutiple users for a defect .
3. Incase a reminder is set for a task the reminder mail is not sent to the person who has assigned the task , this should be made avaiable
4. Once all the task in a project is over , i need to have the option to close the project .
5.Based on a user how many project he is assigned to and task / bugs
