reports having details of customer sales order vale , item , invoiced , payments received , balance (invoiced) , balance (sales order value-payments received)

hello 

I am currently in the free version of Zoho Books , looking to implement Zoho .

I am in the business of construction and sales of residential apartments and villas 

the normal sales process involves

  1. creating item (villa number with other details of built up area etc..)
  2. create customer with all detail (usually an individual)
  3. Create sales order and mark it as accepted 
  4. create invoice for  payments 
usually the payments come in small instalments based on the progress of construction and usually crosses 1 financial year . and invoices are raised when ever a payment is received . 

in the above scenario if I want to see the amount receivables in the customer balances , I get to see only the value for which invoices are raised and . 

if a report can be customised which shows 
  1. customer sales order vale
  2.  item
  3. invoice raised
  4. payments received
  5.  balance receivable  (invoiced)
  6.  balance receivable  (sales order value- total payments received)
This report is very important to all real estate developers , helps us forecast the financial situation and take decisions .
