I wanted to share some feedback and request a few improvements in the Email Template feature of Zoho Campaigns.
Right now, we can create email templates using the HTML editor, which is helpful. But we’re facing a few issues:
No option to use our existing PDF templates – Many users already have email designs saved as PDFs, made using other tools. It would save a lot of time if we could upload or import these PDFs directly into Zoho Campaigns as templates, instead of having to rebuild them from scratch.
Cannot use iframes or certain HTML elements – We’ve tried to embed content using iframe tags or other custom code, but the editor doesn’t allow it. This limits how creative or dynamic we can be with our emails.
Mail merge and dynamic content options are limited – We’d love to see more advanced features for personalizing emails, similar to what other email platforms offer.
In short, we’re asking for:
Support for importing PDF templates or converting them into email-ready formats.
Ability to use iframes or embed external content.
Better support for personalization and dynamic email content.
These improvements would help a lot of users who are switching to Zoho Campaigns from other systems and want to keep using their existing designs.
