Greetings,
We are currently configuring the email system for our organization in Zoho Mail and encountered an issue while creating several email aliases.
When attempting to create these aliases, we receive the following error message:
"The email alias you are trying to use is already taken by a user in a different organization."
However, we own the domain and these addresses belong to our company. It is possible they were previously used in another Zoho organization or created during an earlier configuration.
Our organization domains are:
adreatic.com
yveslegrand.com
We would like to use the following email addresses for our organization:
Could you please check if these addresses are currently associated with another Zoho organization and release them so that we can create them in our organization?
For your information, both domains are already verified in our Zoho Admin Console.
