Hey Zoho team,

I have a cell of fields that are required before Sales can hand the lead over to Operations as a customer. So it is important that Sales will fill in the complete cell of fields before they can mark the Sales Qualified Lead as Customer.  Some of the cells have 2 choices that give a new set of fields. That also needs to be filled in.

It would also be great if the progress is visible to others.

I have tried making a blueprint, but because of the cells with 2 options, it becomes really complicated, really fast.  Because it is not possible to make different transitions in one step.

Also, I have tried to create this with validation rules, but I can't connect this to the lead status and there is no progress bar. What do you think is my best option to create this here?
