i am using zoho business email under the domain www.thesnakepark.com. I don't remember the username and password for the superadmin. Also i remember that i have a superadmin access for the email
admin@thesnakepark.com. So when i tried to reset
admin@thesnakepark.com password, zoho is sending the reset to the same email, which is logically incorrect. So please guide me with steps to recover from this issue to use the email. Also rectify the logic if you find the issue logical.
