ResponseCode 421, Host not reachable

ResponseCode 421, Host not reachable

For the past 4-5 days there area a handful of emails which are being bounced back to me with this message. The issue is sometimes the emails go through, and other times they don't, to the same user. This is causing major issues for me and my daily business operations. I have on three separate occasions contacted customer service and of course i've got nothing back. I need to know why some emails go through and others don't. Sometimes to the same address. I need this resolved ASAP.
