Restore deleted account nme
Hi Zoho Support,
We think that by mistake we deleted an email account,
gogo@infantryco.com and no matter how many time we want to re-create that account it's not possible since moist likely the user name is stored in Zoho database and evry time we receive the message "email is already registered".
We can not access that mailbox in any case, we would like to ask you to release that user name.email address so we can try and re-create the account.
This is a brand new email account as we just moved all our email accounts from our own domain hosting company to Zoho.
Please help as soon as possible as this user is very important and can't access her email.
