restore removed fields

I represent a not-for-profit group to help connect job seekers with employers. Zoho recruit is perfect for my current needs. I accidentally removed a field from the candidate application form and I can't get it back and i can't afford to use custom field. is there anyway I can reset the candidate application form for my next job opening or restore removed fields (with or without associated data) or different candidate application forms for different openings?
