Hi everyone,

I am working on a Zoho Creator portal for a project. In our business flow, users must first fill out a registration form and pay a registration fee before they are allowed to access the portal.

However, when I share the portal link, users see the Sign In / Sign Up page. If they click Sign Up, they can create a portal account directly without completing the registration form or payment.

Zoho Creator does not seem to allow disabling the Sign Up option or adding a hyperlink on the Sign Up page to redirect users to the registration form.

Is there any way to:

Disable the portal Sign Up option, or

Redirect the Sign Up page to a custom registration form, or

Restrict portal access until the user completes the registration form and payment?

Any suggestions or workarounds would be greatly appreciated.
