Resume Extractor

First of all, the lack of phone support for this product is about to make me cancel. I HATE sending these emails when its so much easier to just have a human being pick up the phone. Why even have a phone number???? Now my problem is with the resume extractor. It is not working. It s has NEVER worked. I keep getting an error message that it can't reach your server. This would be easier to explain over the phopne....but wait no one answers the support line for this product. I'll just sit here and wait 5 days for a response.
