RESUME EXTRACTOR PROBLEM

I am unable to import candidates from Monster but I can with Careerbuilder. When I copy and paste the resume, and hit the resume extractor, it comes up in yellow that The text you have selected does not contain any basic information. When I hit import, this is what comes up...Error occurred while adding the candidate Error msg:Unable to process your request. Please verify if the name and value is appropriate for the "url" parameter. Please have someone contact me To help me to rectify!!!
