Resume Parser & Outlook Plugin not working

Hi I just recently purchased the Outlook Plugin and the Resume Parser on the Free Edition.

Resume Parser
When I reached 4 candidates I was unable to Parse any more resumes (so I bought and paid for the plugin) but I am still having the same problem as in when I parse a resume it overwrites the last candidate.

OUTLOOK PLUGIN ERROR
The second problem is with Outlook. I installed the plugin and when I try to use any of the features I get an error:
The remotes server returned an error: (500) Internal Server Error

Help needed.
