resume preview anywhere a candidate list is shown

Hi, I love the resume preview in the search candidate view, but I can't seem to find it in other places. Specifically, I'd love to quickly preview my candidates within job pipelines. I also would like to preview candidates sometimes without needing to conduct a search.
