Resumes are not being imported if received by the resume parser and already exist in the database

For over a week now, I just noticed, resumes we receive are not being imported int Zoho Recruit if the candidate already exists in the database. This is a HUGE problem. I'm not going through every email we've received and I'm back to 7/9/14 so far and still finding the problem. If a resume is sent to the resume parser at RChilli and the candidate already exists in the Zoho Recruit database, the resume is not being imported.

We have candidates in our database that applied for a job months ago but if they submit their resume now for another job we'll never know about it. The only reason we found out this problem is because one of our employees saw an email and sent it to me and I noticed that his resume was not updated in the database.

So, bottom line, if a candidate is already in the database and you're using RChilli to parse the resume and put it into the Recruit database, it will not be imported and you will not know that the candidate applied for another job. I have dozens of candidates that could be a match for one of my jobs and I didn't even know about them.

Please fix this! This has created a lot of work for us and I'm still going back to find out when this started happening.
