Reviewing Candidate Status NEEDS CHANGE

I highly recommend adding a drop down list (USER FRIENDLY) in the candidates profile. This would allow us NOT to have to go back to the main candidate page to check on the name and then change the status. The fuction now is annoying and time consuming! I have years of ATS experience and training from Taleo, iCIMS and Kenexa.I'm pretty sure I know what I am talking about. You need to allow customers to streamline the candidate review so we can move on with our work day.
