I just try to reset password of users email ID using admin control panel of 05 free email panel. after reset password, account didn't show under 'Mail Accounts' or 'User Details'. If I try to create the account again, it says 'account already exist', even I tried to login to these two account with changed password but it wont work too.

please help.
