Hello,

We have salesIQ running between the hours of 9am-5pm. Outside of these hours people should be able to leave a message which gets sent to our enquiries area of the CRM.

I've tried to do this in two browsers as a test but when the blue submit button lights up bright blue (showing i've completed all the required fields above) and I press submit it does nothing. 

What is going wrong with it? 

The site is https://balancemyhormones.co.uk - the chat works fine inside of working hours, but if you test it outside of 5pm GMT you will see it says we are offline and leave a message but I cant leave a message as the submit button does not work!

How can I fix this? Is a setting wrong in SalesIQ admin area?
