Hello,

I have 1 domain at Zoho (free plan) and I want to move my other domain from Google Apps to Zoho (free plan) as well. I did sign up the second and all went well.

But with the secondary email address I have now problems. Before, the secondary email address from my first Zoho account was pointing to an email alias of my domain at Google Apps. When I moved this second domain to Zoho, I wanted to make the email alias again, so that it can receive email for the recovery of the other account when needed. And vice versa. But that doesn't work, because it then says "email address already exists". Yeah right, ofcourse it has to exist, otherwise I can not use it for recovery!  

All right, so maybe it is better to have the secondary e-mail address of both my domains outside of Zoho. So I tried to use my old Gmail address as secondary email address for both my Zoho accounts. Well, the first one accepts, but the second doesn't, I'm getting the famous error again "email address already exists". That is crazy! Why can't 2different domains have the same secondary email address, especially when it's outside of Zoho? I'm both the owner of the domains, they are both confirmed, and my Gmail secondary address is not used at all at Zoho, it just needs to be filled in as a secondary at both my accounts.

Is it possible?
