Same old "This Operation has been restricted"

Hi,

      i'm getting the alert "This Operation has been restricted" on 2 instances.
  • When i'm trying to add a new domain in my Control Panel
  • When i'm verifying the CNAME Method of an existing domain
Kindly help, it's a bit urgent.
