Hello,

Would it be possible to save attachments from Zoho Desk emails with certain criteria to a Zoho Workdrive path automatically?

I saw a ticket where you could convert email attachments to ticket attachments, but I am looking for a step further here, namely to a fixed Zoho Workdrive path.
