I work for a logistics company and we're trying to implement a daily form for our drivers to do vehicle inspections at the beginning and end of the day. We have created a custom module "Trucks" where we have a vehicle profile and a workdrive folder linked to that profile.

Is there a way to create a Zoho form that can capture all responses as a PDF file and saved to the workdrive folder that's been created for the vehicle?
