Scheduling functions and user/client contact input

I'm liking ZPMS and will probably discover how best to do this after I've used Zoho projects for awhile, but none the less, I was hoping for a simple way to view the "schedule" of any day by clicking on a particular day in the calendar view, automatically it would then show that day broken down into x (1-24) hours- x(5-10-15) minute increments. Then populate that days schedule with the various tasks, milestone, etc.. color coded to the specific project to give the user a quick snapshot view of the day.
Also I want to have an easy way to input, import/export, user/client data with Zoho PM. Is this best done with one of the other Zoho apps.
