Scoring incoming calls made using Zoho Mobile
I am using Zoho in mobile phones as means to keep track of phone calls both inbound and outbound. It is qute a nice feature to be able to log the calls and works quite fine for my small four users organization.
Now I want to use lead's scoring, but I cannot manage to include CallType (inbound/outbound) as a scoring criteria. It is obvious that a lead coming from an incoming call is much more valuable and should be marked as such.
Has anybody done somerthing similar, or has an idea on how to proceed? Thank you for your help.
