Search for C# candidates only

Search for C# candidates only

Hi, I wish to search for candidates with C# experience so enter "C#" with quotes for the exact phrase but it returns all candidates with the letter "C" in their resumes. So I guess # is a reserved character so I try "C\#" to escape it, no dice. Any ideas how to just identify candidates with C# experience? Thanks in advance, Rob
