Search issues ('Recent status')

I have encountered the following issue while using zoho recruit application:

While searching using 'Recent status' criteria there are some records, which are not detected. E.g. while searching for "Associated" candidates, the search does not return any results, but on the "Candidates" list there are some "Associated" candidates.

Is it a common problem?
Can you help me with this issue?
