Case:
  1. An email comes in with a file attachment
  2. The file attachment contains a REFERENCE#
  3. Agent searches using the REFERENCE#
  4. Zoho Desk Showed No Result
Is Zoho Desk incapable to search through an email/thread attachment's content?
