I had accidentally linked a wrong email as the primary email.  I then changed the secondary email (which is the correct email) to the primary email and now need to delink the account or delete so I can recreate the same I plan to use that same email address. 

When I try to delete secondary email I get a message that I need to contact my administrator, and I am the administrator.  How do I delete the wrong email so I can reuse that secondary email?
