Secure hidden fields and automatic emailing based to different departments based of info selected- layouts

I have a silly question I'm trying to find a answer for and not sure how to word it in Zoho speak.
i have created a few layouts for making tickets within the Customer facing portal and it's been wonderful.
i am looking to create a secured field(not encrypted) that a user can put a 4 digit code in for a alarm system and it's hidden or faded until we on our helpdesk side have to put in say some password to access the field info so it's not public within the ticket emails. has anyone had any expertise on doing something like that? also i have another layout question.
second thing i would like to do is a part of the layouts, so i created a hardware and software requests layout for ticket creation but i would like it to say send a email to x employee that is in charge of y software if it's selected to say z user is requesting access as we have some software IT doesn't handle account creation or manage licenses.
Is this possible?
