There seems to me a real security issue when a Candidate is converted to an employee.
Firstly, I do not like the fact that the employee receives an email from Zoho Recruit on conversion, it should be from Zoho People. This email should also be editable to allow a company to put logo on it and maybe a welcome letter.
I would argue that conceptually there is no need for an employee to have access to the recruit system anyway and the default status on conversion should be denied access, not interviewer. If the person converting the employee selects the wrong access type the employee could potentially see confidential information. The software should deny access and only allow it to be over written by the Admin.
Even if the operator sets the employee up as an Interviewr they can see the open jobs and all the info attached to the job not just that published to the website. To me this seems like a very poor security model for this system and will prevent my conmpany and maybe many others from using the software.
