Seeing other people's tasks

First of all, I am using zohoprojects for about 2 months and have upgraded from zohoplanner. I think both projects and planner are great and very easy to use. I manage about 10 - 20 projects each month and would not be able to do it without zohoprojects.
I manage a small team of web developers and designers. I put tasks into zohoprojects for them and they also put tasks in for themselves as things pop up during the day.
For instance, if someone phones with an issue, we will put all the details into projects and post a task for a day or two ahead. That way we can keep working on our current task, but also solve the customers query. It is also great to have all details about each project in one place.
Sometimes we work remotely and I would like to know what tasks each developer or designer has each day, and what they have done.
Is there any way for me to see their tasks? The view I am interested in is the overview on their home page, where all tasks from all projects are shown. If I had a drop down list of users on my home page that would be perfect.
