I am trying to delete over 1000 time entry records which were pushed from zoho people to zoho books. I am using an API call, but I am unable to do so because they are imported. The exact error message is this:
"message": "The timesheet entries that were imported from other services cannot be deleted."
I have deleted the time logs and the time sheets from zoho people for these records, and have tried do a re-sync, but they are still in zoho books.
Is there a way to 'unflag' them as imported from another service or any other work around for this?
