I would like to send a specific and personalized email to a group of candidate.

I could do it in the prévious version.

Now i can only send an email of the model list, and can't personalize it.

When you search competencies for a position, it's important to choose the candidats in your list and send to them a detail description of the position quickly.

When will we be able to do it again?
