Send and track custom offers contextually

A company with branches in different regions in the world, hiring candidates for a General shift and a night shift will have different offer templates for different designations and regions. Generating shift based and region specific offer templates for candidates can be achieved using Zoho Recruit's all-new Offer Customization feature.

Offer Letters are now available under the related lists sub-section of the Candidates, Job Openings, Applications and Departments. You can choose to customize the fields in the offers section by navigating to Settings > Customization > Modules > Offers. You can add or remove fields in the Offers module by editing the layout.

Create offer templates for various business cases and accelerate your offer generation process. The merge fields in the offers templates reduces manual entry of data and thereby saves your fingers some work. You can also get a quick view of the offer letter that you have sent to the candidate from their details page.
