We are using the send mail feature of Zoho CRM directly from the lead. When you click on Attach - Documents the default featuer is to list 10 last documents instead of displaying default folder structure. Is there any way to change that? Also, from the attach screen, you cannot right click any of the files to open them so sometimes if you are not sure what you are attaching, you would have to jump out and open the file file within the CRM main menu and then come back to attach. We have 100s of files that get attached and this would be a big help.
