sending email in Chrome - error msg "Insufficient Privileges to perform this operation"
I did a search of the forums and found 1 other user with the same message, and Zoho support asked for them to contact him directly so I don't know if there was ever a resolution.
When using Chrome browser and sending an email with the Zoho email add-on in CRM, I will
sometimes get an error message in the top bar of a popup window that says "Insufficient Privileges to perform this operation. Contact your Administrator. - Google Chrome" which will pop up after the email screen blanks. There is then a red box under it that says "unable ot process your request. Click here to go back" Which then takes me back to a the email screen without any of my text that was in the body of the email.
It happens intermittently, on both my home and work computer using Chrome and I can't find a rhyme or reason for when it occurs versus when it works ok. So far I have noticed that it has only occured on a new email as opposed to a reply.
Anyone else with a similar problem or idea on solving it? I don't know if there is an extension I have running on Chrome which is causing a problem or it is something else. I have full CEO priviledges or whatever it is called within Zoho so that shouldn't be a problem.
