Sending email to host mx.zoho.com I receive Undelivered Mail Returned to Sender 552 5.1.1 Mail Delivery Failure Policy

Hi,

I sent an email to a user at the domain bayhomeandwindow.com. I received an Undeliverable Mail Returned to Sender notification stating the email was returned due to a 552 5.1.1 Mailbox delivery failure policy. 

Can you tell me what this issue is related to? Is this an issue on my (the sender's) end?
