In my line of business I often need to have costumers sign forms. However, we are usually filling out the forms for them and fax them for signing.

Is there an option to pre-fill a form specifically for a particular client (even manually) and send him a link to that form with only the signature field open, so the client can view it and electronically sign it before submitting?
