sending support email here as form doesnt work

Hi there. I have a ZOHO account with you sam@jobsafricagroup.com and share the account with a colleague joanna@jobsafricagroup.com. We are leaving the company, and someone else will be taking over, and they do not need ZOHO. Can you tell me how we can get the archived and sent emails (about a years worth) from Zoho onto our Jobs Africa Group server? Kind regards Sam sam@jobsafricagroup.com
