Sent Emails Stuck in "In Queue"

Can you tell me why most of my outgoing emails are stuck in the "In Queue" status since Oct. 6, 2020? It is just not sending it out.

If I try to forward the same email to the same email addresses it will just get stuck in the queue as well. The issue is not with the recipients' email address because sending the same message to the same email address through Gmail works fine.
