Sent mail and drafts disappeared. Help please?

Using my Zoho account in Apple Mail on IMac I have suddenly lost all my sent mail. Also the draft emails have disappeared.
The inbox is fine though. In addition, when I delete an incoming email I get an error message saying it can’t move the message to that folder.

I did have a problem sending emails the same day but it works fine now. Emails on iPhone, iPad and webmail are all fine. It is an imap account.

Please advise, if you can, as to what I can do to get everything back to normal.
