Serious problem with spamfilter

Serious problem with spamfilter

On account support amediateka.ru 300+ messages placed in spam folder.

In admin console all antispam metods sets in allow email mode.

This account has be used for users that wrote to support.

How i can fully turn off any spam filters for this account?


Adding domains to the white list in the domain and in the account, did not affect. Emails still go to spam.

Email about this issue, was sended on 11/12/2017, is ignored. You have not forgotten that it is a paid service? Email service can not be used with such problems.
