Service the customer whichever the channel they use to contact me?

Hi there,

We are starting a SHOPIFY store (so integration with SHOPIFY would be important) where we would like to offer a more customer centric experience.

  1. Whatsapp, Instagram (Comments and DM), Messenger (Messages), Email, Facebook (Comments on our posts) integration
  2. Given the information provided by the channel (email, phone number) try to MATCH this with an existing customer on Shopify so that we can have a CUSTOMER-CENTRIC case management (as much as possible, at leas)
  3. Be suitable for small business (1 person) and grow with us without breaking the bank.

Can Zoho Desk do that?
