With the
Business Calendar in Zoho Projects, you can create multiple schedules, with custom working days, breaks, and holiday lists. You can also associate the calendar with the portal users. This ensures task duration, work hours, reminders, and reports reflect real-time user availability. This helps project managers plan and manage projects with accurate schedules.
For example, in a project, teams follow different schedules from different regions; some work standard weekdays, others on staggered shifts.
To account for these differences, create separate Business Hours for each schedule, define the working days, and set custom start and end times. You can also include break duration and associate the appropriate
Holiday List. Once created, associate users with their respective schedules and mark one as the default for your portal.
