Hello. In the webmail version, is it possible to set the background colour of an email in the Inbox to different colours?

Like we can add tags that put different coloured boxes on the email, can the background of that email have a different colour?

As an example, in Outlook if I mark an email to be followed up, it changes the background of the email within the Inbox, from the normal white, to yellow.
