I'm trying to set up Zoho with outlook, but I am struggling with the contradictory information I'm getting from the guides.

The first guide I was following was this, which asked me to set up a new zoho email user to use with SMTP settings (Application.email@blahblahblah.com)

I then tried to use the following guide to set up IMAP:

However, there are a number of differences in this guide.

Firstly, the IMAP guide says to use the Zoho primary account user and password for both incoming and outgoing login details.  So which guide is right about what use to use?  Also, which "Multi Factor Authentication" is my main account using, and will this affect things?

Secondly, the incoming and outgoing servers appear to have different names depending on where you look.  Should it be imappro.zoho.eu  or imappro.zoho.com.  And what about for the SMTP server?  

In fact, no matter what combination of above I use, I fail at test settings for outlook. 

So, all in all, I'm a bit confused.
Please help.
