Setting new Time Zones for different users

Setting new Time Zones for different users

I need to know within ZoHo projects how I can set different time zones for different users. Came across an article written by GizzBuzz in 2006 saying the feature is not there but I am hoping by now it would have been introduced, but I am unable to find it. :(
