I have csv files which i will be uploading to zoho sheets and will share with my co worker/staff and give them access to edit, they can either remove and replace with new data but they are not allowed to add new rows to what limit i set. For example i upload 1000 enteries and i shared the sheet with a staff, he can remove and replace any data he wants but he won't be able to add more rows exceeding the 1000 limit i set
