Basically every week I upload names from a CSV to Zoho and then would need to mail them every 45 days for about 6 months.

I would want to be able to take names off the list when they say their house is sold or that they don't want to be contacted.

I don't necessarily need to have it integrated with click2mail or anything but would at least need to be able to export the file in a CSV/excel for each mailing. 

Does anyone know if that's possible?
