I am settling up Zoho for an learning company. The idea is to use forms to collect registration data and stored that data in a CRM record, I also need to use that data to complete some EU funding paperwork so I want to create a mail merge and save a PDF of the funding paperwork against the same record. 

So far I have been unable to achieve any of this even in a partial manner.
